I just found this deal on Amazon - Serif Digital Scrapbook Artist 2 for only $1.99!
I got the original version of this program for free a couple of years ago (from Amazon - it's $49.99 now) and it's pretty good, especially if you don't want to shell out hundreds of dollars for Photoshop or one of those other expensive programs. I haven't used it in a long time because I have Adobe CS3 Suite now, but I do remember having a lot of fun when I did use it.
For the price, it's worth checking out. Read the description and reviews and decide for yourself. Personally, I think for two bucks you can't go wrong.
