Use up your leftover Easter ham!

I'm resurrecting a post from last year because it's perfect for Easter. Use your leftover ham to make this delicious corn chowder recipe. My friend Jen shared this on her blog and it's become a family favorite. I'm not making ham for Easter this year (I'm making stuffed shells instead), but I will be making this on Saturday with the last of the leftover Christmas ham! lol
