This is an incredible freebie available from Amazon.com. I downloaded this program last week to see how it would work for my sketches. I was amazed at how easy it is to use. I normally use Photoshop Elements 3 but it's not 100% compatible with my system. Creating sketches in PSE3 can sometimes get tedious. Digital Scrapbook Artist makes it quick and easy to put together a sketch. All the elements of the page are sorted separately so I can just click a tab and drag what I want onto my page.
